Job Summary:
The Global Talent and People Development Support role provides conceptual, operational, and administrative support across global learning, leadership development, and talent initiatives. The role ensures smooth delivery of programs, effective stakeholder coordination, accurate budget tracking, and high-quality learning experiences through multiple platforms, including Workday and Skillsoft.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Support conceptualizing, coordination and implementation of global Learning and Development projects, including leadership development and talent initiatives.
Assist with the organization of leadership programs such as MMLP, including scheduling sessions, preparing invitations, coordinating materials, and tracking attendance and completion.
Provide support to scale additional L&D initiatives, including the Frontline Leadership Development program
Assist with budget-related activities such as data collection, tracking of cross-charges, invoice follow-ups, and basic documentation support under supervision.
Support internal communication activities by updating content on the People Hub, assisting with internal HR communications, and supporting external visibility initiatives such as LinkedIn posts.
Assist in the administration of learning platforms such as Skillsoft and Workday, including responding to learner queries, supporting user administration, enabling global learning tracking and preparing standard reports.
Support the global learning portfolio and mentoring programs by assisting with content updates, learning administration coordination, and community communications.
Assist with leadership assessments administration in connection with leadership programs or individual development measures
Support the Leaders on Air webinar series by co-designing script, as well as assisting with guest coordination, attendance tracking, and feedback collection.
Provide general administrative support, including meeting notes, Microsoft Teams space administration, preparation of presentation materials, and HR data collection.
Qualifications
Education:
Please apply only if you are currently enrolled in, or have recently completed, a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Education, or a related field, and if you live in Switzerland with a valid work permit.
Work Experience:
Previous internship/s, student job, or academic project experience in HR, Learning and Development, or project coordination will be an advantage
A strong interest in Talent Development, Learning, and HR processes is essential.
Technical Skills: (Certification, Licenses and Registration)
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Interest in learning HR and learning management systems such as Workday and Skillsoft
Ability to learn new systems and tools quickly
Language / Communication / Personal Skills:
Very good written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with team members and stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced, global environment
Self-starter who takes initiative and is pro-active
