As an Associate in the Syndicate team, you will be involved in the full lifecycle of a new issue transaction: from pitching for new mandates, to giving input during the structuring phase, to leading the marketing of a transaction. You will assist in the marketing of JP Morgan SPG & CLO transactions and manage internal and external communications across the full lifecycle of transactions.

Experience in SPG/CLO productsThis role encompasses the performance of UK regulated activity. The successful candidate will therefore be subject to meeting UK regulatory requirements in the assessment of fitness, propriety, knowledge and competence (as assessed by the Firm) and (where appropriate) approval by the UK Financial Conduct Authority and/or the Prudential Regulation Authority to carry out such activities.
