Proven experience managing and developing sourcing teams, including coaching, performance management, and talent development, ideally within Consumer Products Goods (CPG) companies or professional services firms **Key Responsibilities:** Lead strategic sourcing initiatives across Professional Services categories Manage supplier relationships and negotiations Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and supplier performance Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders **Requirements:** Solid experience in strategic sourcing and professional services sourcing Experience in regional or global sourcing (consumer goods, food & beverages a plus) Strong analytical and digital skills Fluent in English and Spanish Location: São Paulo- SP or Curitiba-PR – hybrid work format We are aware of our role as transformation agents to generate positive change, so diversity, equity and inclusion are one of our priorities.
