Global Service Operations U.S. External Warehousing Manager
**A Snapshot of Your Day** Start your day by connecting with on-site third-party partners to align on daily and weekly priorities. You will resolve open issues related to third-party warehousing operations across multiple 3PL locations while reviewing inventory metrics such as on-time delivery, accuracy, and inventory value for each partner. Collaborate with the GSO Finance team on actions related to inventory accuracy and cycle count processing. Additionally, you will maintain a dashboard to track third-party partner performance against critical KPIs as outlined in the service level agreements. **How You’ll Make an Impact** + Ensureoperational excellence across our GSO external logistics partnershipnetwork. + Manageand control performance, ensuring warehousing operations meet agreedservice level agreements. + Establishand communicate annual warehouse goals to achieve key performanceindicators (KPIs) and delivery performance. + Issuepurchase orders to support third-party services and conduct monthlyreconciliation of invoices for associated services. + Performperiodic audits of external warehouse partners to ensure compliance withrequirements. + Trackincoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely system postings of allparts. + Implementcontrols to prevent inventory losses and coordinate cycle count processesat third-party partner sites. + Overseeinitiatives for continuous improvement in the service provided by 3PLpartners. + Collaboratewith third-party partners to optimize warehousing solutions for safety,quality, and cost-effectiveness. + Coordinateresolution of any system-level issues. **What You Bring** + Aminimum of a Bachelor’s degree or higher. + 8+years of successful management experience in a productive warehouse orlogistics environment. + Provenexperience in writing and negotiating service level agreements andcontracts. + Budgetingexperience to ensure cost-effective solutions within our logisticspartnership network. + Experiencein building strategic relationships and collaborating across teams andfunctions. + Proficiencyin SAP systems is essential. + Strongbusiness acumen and a proven track record in managing external businesspartners. + Excellentproblem-solving skills to resolve issues promptly. + Asafety-minded focus supporting our zero harm initiatives. + Apositive, collaborative, and can-do attitude. + Strongtime management and organizational skills. + Willingnessto travel domestically in the USA (30%). **About the Team** Our Gas Services division is dedicated to providing low-emission power generation through innovative service and decarbonization solutions.
