We are looking for GSOC Analysts to supports the Xanterra’s safety and operational resilience by providing continuous monitoring, incident coordination, and timely information flow. The ideal candidate will have a unique combination of physical security, safety, and crisis response intelligence skills. Responsibilities

Responds to life-safety and critical incidents - coordinating real-time communication, resource support, and escalation in accordance with established crisis management procedures. Monitors and analyzes global and regional events - including weather, civil unrest, crime, and infrastructure disruptions — to provide timely threat detection and situational updates to stakeholders. Oversees systems and operational alerts  - access control, alarms, environmental sensors, loss prevention data) to ensure continuity of operations and reduce potential risk to assets and personnel. Maintains operational readiness through documentation, reporting, and lessons learned - contributing to process improvement, training, and data-driven decision support. Operate and manage a variety of security and monitoring systems, including: Remote camera video monitoring Global threat monitoring platforms Virtual war room collaboration tools Weather monitoring and alerts Mass/push communications systems Ship tracking and tour travel monitoring Access control systems Remote video reviews and security incident report approvals POS exception report reviews and investigation support (including cash over/short reviews) Executive report preparation and distribution Security alarm and fire alarm monitoring Dedicated hotline for security/crisis support Seaware monitoring Environmental systems monitoring Fleet monitoring software and analytics Conduct video reviews and assist investigations at the request of management or field security and under the supervision of corporate and departmental leadership. Maintain accurate, detailed logs and reports for all incidents and events. Communicate effectively with field leadership, law enforcement, and internal stakeholders during emergencies. Provide shift handovers to ensure operational continuity. Stay current with security technology, threat trends, and best practices.
Qualifications

1+ years of experience working in fast‑moving operational environments that require adaptability and sound judgment under pressure.Strong multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize multiple events simultaneously.Technical troubleshooting skills and comfort working with multiple software platforms.Working knowledge of incident management, alarm monitoring, and CCTV systems.Prior critical response experience with the National Incident Management System a plus.Ability to work independently and in a team within a 24/7 operational setting.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High degree of integrity, discretion, and accountability.Ability to work independently and be attentive.Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

 

COMPENSATION:  The salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $70,000.00.
