As an Alarm Monitoring Center Specialist within the Alarm Monitoring Center team, you will operate around the clock, every day of the year, engaging directly with employees at retail branches and acting as the main point of contact for security-related incidents.
Job responsibilities:
Respond to alarm signals to ensure the protection of lives and property.Dispatch local police or service vendors regarding incidents impacting retail locations.Take ownership of incidents, exercising sound judgment to determine when to escalate personnel, technology, or process concerns, and prioritize based on significance.Properly handle inbound calls.Demonstrate flexibility to work overnights, weekends, holidays, and during crises as needed.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
