Global Sales Enablement Junior Analyst
Overview This role is responsible for supporting the Sales agenda and is chiefly responsible for (but not limited to) extracting information and data from our sales reporting systems and supporting KAMs with sales-related activities. The individual will be responsible for creating reports by channels, categories and customers, as well as maintaining the customer database. Responsibilities Process routine Customer and Sales requests, including updates to customer details, segmentation, contact information, logistics parameters, and basic commercial settings, following defined procedures. Manage requests through ticketing tools, ensuring proper validation, documentation, and completion within SLA. Perform data checks and validations to maintain accuracy, consistency, and completeness of master data. Support resolution of standard data issues in collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Logistics team. Escalate complex cases, exceptions, or risks to SLA compliance to senior analysts. Adhere to governance standards, controls, and defined ways of working. Actively participate in knowledge sharing and learning activities to build Master Data expertise. Develop winning relationships with management, colleagues and other key stakeholders within the areas and BU, ensuring highest levels of agility and support are provided Share learning and support the Team Leader with all initiatives to improve GCC service offerings Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field. Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel; experience with structured data handling is required. Basic knowledge or exposure to ERP systems (e.g., SAP, MDG, ServiceNow or similar) is a plus. Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to review, validate, and work with structured data accurately. Fluent English with clear written and verbal communication skills, able to adapt communication to different stakeholders. Any other European language is considered a strong asset but is not essential. High attention to detail to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with defined processes. Ability to work in dynamic, request-driven environments, managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Strong organization and prioritization skills to meet SLAs and operational commitments. Proactive, self-learner mindset, with willingness to develop technical and business knowledge. Collaborative team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude and strong sense of responsibility for daily deliverables.
