Global Real Estate - Vendor Risk Management - Vice President

As a Vendor Risk Management Vice President within Global Real Estate, you will maintain the strength and resilience of our compliance framework. Your insights will help us manage and mitigate corruption risks effectively, ensuring our employees adhere to anti-bribery and anti-corruption laws worldwide. In this role, you will support the Third-Party Intermediary workstream, where your expertise in employee conduct and compliance will be vital in enhancing our risk-related controls.

Job responsibilities:

Execute preclearance requests supporting the anti-corruption program, focusing on Third Party Intermediaries workstreams.Offer general and advisory support related to third-party intermediaries compliance programs.Partner on the development and enhancement of technology owned by the program, driving innovation in risk-related controls.Manage a global inventory of outstanding requests, ensuring timely execution of reviews in accordance with service level agreements.Support ongoing reengineering efforts associated with the GRE Third-Party Intermediary program, focusing on role realignment and risk ownership.Facilitate the Anti-Corruption violation framework and serve as a key contact for policy violations concerning Third Party Intermediaries workstreams.Contribute to governance related to the Anti-Corruption program, including updating policy and procedure documentation.Lead interactions with Anti-Corruption Compliance staff and other personnel regarding Anti-Corruption issues.Aid in the development and presentation of materials to senior management.Draft and deliver Anti-Corruption training across Global Real EstateAssist with internal and external audits, exams, and inquiries as required.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience5+ years of experience in compliance, legal/regulatory, or risk positionsStrong project management skills with demonstrated success in driving complex projects to completionKeen attention to detail, with the ability to identify and address compliance issues effectivelyAbility to work independently with minimal supervision and exercise sound judgmentCollaborative and energetic team player committed to a positive team environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings persuasively
