Responsibilities
As part of the Global QMS team, the intern will assist with the following tasks:
Support the creation, review, and control of global QMS documents, including the Management Manual, process maps, procedures, and work instructions.Follow up and maintain external and internal audit reports for manufacturing plants and remote locations within the TTT business unit.Support and coordinate the global internal audit program by collecting audit plans, tracking audit completion and results, and conducting analysis of findings.Support in preparing third-party QMS certification audits (IATF 16949 / ISO 9001) for Kibo headquarters.Follow up on the implementation of best practices from different plants to support global standardization.Support in developing global QMS training materials, e-learning modules, and awareness sessions.Contribute to Global QMS performance dashboards in Power BI and support reporting of key QMS metrics.Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Quality management or related field.Interest and/or experience in quality managementBasic understanding of Quality Management systems and standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001 preferred).Willingness and/or experience in working cross-plants in an international corporate environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and outlook) is required; familiar with Power BI is a plus.Good written and spoken English communicationAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a global environment.Internal Use Only: Indirect HourlyGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement
