The Job:
As a Global Product Regulatory Compliance Data Analyst, you will support emerging product regulatory and customer requirements with strong data support in a timely manner. You will be responsible for collaborating with our IT and Data professionals to ensure data integrity and accuracy. You will support process creation and standardization for data management and report automation. You will work closely with the Product Regulatory Compliance team to ensure compliance to regulatory and customer requests.
You’ll get to:
Collaborate with the Product Regulatory Compliance team to understand regulatory and customer requirements as they pertain to SBD.Translate requirements to identify data sources within Stanley Black & Decker.Generate timely responses to requests for data.Identify gaps in data and work with stakeholders to address the needs by finding alternate sources or developing new processes for data collection.Liaise with the Director, Global Product Regulatory Compliance and cross-functional leaders to ensure process alignment to generate and capture accurate data for Product Regulatory Compliance reporting.Communicate progress, challenges on a regular basis to leadership team.Support the Global Product Regulatory Compliance team with external audit preparation, data support for external and internal meetings and reporting, and customer requests for information.Execute data tasks such as file generation, data submission to online platforms, and data cleaning to support customer and internal requests.The Person:

Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, business or related field3-5 years of professional work experience preferableProficient in statistical methods and toolsFamiliarity with Python, SQL or AlteryxExperience with Tableau, Power BI or other similar platformsAdvanced skills in Microsoft ExcelUnderstanding of relational databases and data warehousing conceptsExperience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams would be beneficialAble to demonstrate the ability to work with large amounts of data to draw out relevant insights preferredCapable of presenting findings clearly to non-technical stakeholdersStrong critical thinking and troubleshooting abilitiesAccuracy in data handling and reportingTeam-orientedAnd More:
