_We are looking for a Global Product Manager to join our Global Upstream Marketing team._
As Global Product manager within Global Upstream Marketing you will have strategic responsibility for your products within the product portfolio. This means that you will be responsible for the strategic pathway during the complete product life cycle. We expect you to drive, develop and implement strategies to maintain profitability and sales of your products.
Furthermore, you will be seen as the go-to person for product-related questions within the company. This means you will be the spokesperson and representative for your products in all types of tasks and projects, for example product updates/changes, regulatory and production related processes that effects customer experience of the product.
To be successful in this role you will need active collaboration with all company functions, our commercial entities around the world as well as other external stakeholders.
**Responsibilities** :
+ Support delivery of the product portfolio strategy and plan to maximize business opportunities in order to put our business at a competitive advantage in the marketplace.
+ Close interaction with team members and local markets to provide market input to product upgrades, line extensions and Life Cycle Management activities including compilation of business cases related to these projects, and follow-up.
+ As the key stakeholder and owner of your products, you will participate in tasks and projects related to/or effecting customer experience and business potential of your products.
+ Manage all aspects of the product(s) life cycle starting with understanding of the market needs until the product is phased out. This includes marketing, supply chain related topics, labeling, registration, clinical evidence as well as legal and safety requirements to ensure sustainable profitability, growth and market share.
+ Set direction and support the creation of product- education and communication material together with the Marketing Communication Manager.
+ Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor products and activities.

**Background / Qualifications:**
+ An academic background (M.Sc./B.Sc.) in Business economics, Marketing or Life Sciences.
+ Strong business mindset and project coordination skills.
+ Experience in product management, marketing and/or sales preferably within the Med Tech/Life Science industry or similar.
+ Knowledge of Product Launch, Campaign and Communications planning as well as Social media marketing is highly advantageous.
+ Strong communication skills and an ability to build lasting relationships both internally and externally.
+ Full command of the English language, both written and spoken and preferably a good understanding of Swedish.
