This job is part of the Procurement function. They are responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials from vendors and suppliers. **What You’ll Do** Lead all aspects of globalprocurement across 80+ manufacturing sites, with a strong focus on EMEA and AMS regions (representing 90% of business and growing). Drive strategic procurement integration for acquired brands, aligning them with broader organizational goals. Lead organizational change initiatives across diverse global sites, ensuring consensus and adoption of procurement strategies. Assess team structure and workload, finding opportunities for optimization and delivering favorable outcomes through effective leadership. Apply deep technical procurement expertise in dynamic, growth-oriented organizations, especially those undergoing acquisitions and expansion. Communicate with clarity and impact, presenting procurement strategies and outcomes in a compelling, story-driven format. Champion continuous improvement, using lean principles and cross-functional collaboration to improve procurement efficiency and value delivery. Manage and develop team performance, including supervision, training, mentoring, hiring, and conducting evaluations to support staff growth and operational excellence. Assist with the creation and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures, playbooks, and other organizational materials. Develop and implement the execution of local and regional sourcing and procurement strategies to support program, corporate, and client goals and objectives. Manage annual procurement budget and supplier base of vendors. Resolve vendor disputes and develop organization requirements of goods, services, supplies, and equipment. Negotiate with external partners, vendors, and customers of divergent interests to reach a common goal. Identify and solve multifaceted operational, and organizational problems using the appropriate resources within or outside the department. Significantly improves and changes existing methods, processes, and standards within job field. **What You’ll Need** Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility, required. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred. Ability to lead the exchange of difficult information, convey performance expectations, and balance problems. Leadership skills to set, lead and achieve targets with a direct impact on multiple department results within a function. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. The minimum salary for the Global Procurement Director position is $150,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Global Procurement Director position is $180,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE’s applicable benefit program.
