Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Own the planning, design, and execution of complex, multi-phase physical security programs (including design, build, and construction). Develop project requirements, work plans, schedules, and resource estimates; actively track and report on progress using established tools and methodologies. Navigate ambiguity to define clear program objectives, scope, and deliverables, collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks, and proactively resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery. Prepare and present communications for executives and key stakeholders; create documentation, status reports, and briefing materials. Champion best practices for program management by leveraging tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project. Coordinate with vendors and contractors, ensuring compliance with company standards and contract terms.
