Job Summary
The Global Pricing Systems & Analytics Manager is responsible for managing global pricing processes, systems, and tools to establish Pricing Policy, Approval Guidelines, and Compliance. This position owns pricing reporting, analytics, and training development to support business goals and organizational objectives. The role also involves translating data into actionable insights to inform pricing strategies across all customer segments and regions.
Responsibilities
Serve as global owner and subject matter expert (SME) for Deal Manager and other legacy pricing systems/tools (e.g., IAS, Bid Analyzer).Lead vendor management strategy, including relationship oversight, performance reviews, and workstream coordination.Own and manage pricing processes across all bid types, including non-DM bids.Lead SMB pricing strategy, including policy development, approval guidelines, compliance, reporting, analytics, and training.Leverage internal and external data sources to inform pricing strategies and operational improvements.Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to support data-driven decision-making.Coordinate with Pricing Operations Managers to identify service enhancements, business opportunities, and share best practices.Manage internal and external customer relationships to support pricing effectiveness.Identify complex business needs and develop scalable solutions aligned with strategic objectives.Continuously evaluate service quality and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience.Manage a global team with two direct reports to execute pricing systems, reporting, analytics, and training initiatives across regions.REQUIREMENTS
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels of an organization. Detail Orientation: Distinguishes between big picture concepts and comments, how details impact end goals or outcome; ensures work is completed accurately and with appropriate level of detail.Demonstrates an expert knowledge of how risk impacts the organization and its long-term strategy.Experience in managing internal and external customer relationships.Identifies multiple business needs in complex situations and creates solutions that address current and future needs.BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a bachelor’s degree or higher qualification (or internationally comparable degree).Minimum of 2 years marketing experience with increasing levels of responsibility, preferably working in business planning, revenue management, pricing, or revenue growth strategy development.Experience developing long-term vision and strategy.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with attention to detail.Expertise in complex data analytics and market analysis.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to effectively engage with individuals across all levels of the organization and influence leadership decisions.OTHER CRITERIA
