Global Oncology Radiopharma Product Leader
Job Description SummaryRole Summary
The Global Oncology Molecular Imaging Product Leader will define and execute the global strategy for the oncology molecular imaging portfolio,. This role requires a strong leader with deep scientific expertise and strong business acumen to drive product and market development , and commercial success, prioritizing the U.S. market. The leader will collaborate across R&D, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Market Access, and commercial teams to deliver innovative solutions that advance PET pipeline across different cancer types and improve patient outcomes worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

Develop and implement global product strategy for oncology tracers, leveraging expertise in oncology molecular imagingDevelop target product profile aligned with voice of customer and addressing unmet medical needs to maximize impact and utility of key assets in the pipeline and inform development strategyBuild an indication strategy for platform assets that maximizes value creation and help with development priorities that is grounded in business cases and strength of the unmet needs of pan-cancer and beyond cancer assets.Lead the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan (IEGP), prioritizing initiatives that accelerate adoption and demonstrate clinical and economic value.Drive cross-functional execution of IEGP with Medical Affairs, Marketing, and R&D teams.

Lifecycle Management

Oversee pre-launch, launch, and post-launch activities across major markets.Identify opportunities for label expansion and new indications using real-world evidence and voice of customer insights.

Market Insights

Analyze global market trends, competitive landscape, and unmet clinical needs to inform strategic decisions.Build business cases for geographic expansion beyond the U.S., including clinical development plans and pre-launch strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Clinical Development to align trial endpoints with commercial objectives.Establish collaborations with healthcare systems to integrate PET into oncology care pathways.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong relationships with KOLs in oncology and nuclear medicine, leveraging established networks within relevant societies.

Ideal Profile

Academic degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, APP) in Life Sciences or Engineering (or equivalent advanced degrees), combining scientific depth with strategic business leadership.Proven expertise in oncologic imaging and molecular diagnostics, with deep knowledge of Oncology PET imagingEstablished relationships with KOLs and academic leaders in the oncology PET space, enabling strategic partnerships and market influence.Demonstrated leadership in global, cross-functional environments, with a track record of driving business growth and innovation.

Ability to influence diverse cultures and geographies, fostering collaboration and alignment in matrix organization

Experience in launching diagnostics in US, preferably in the cancer space.

We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening. For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $193,600.00-$290,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
