Global Mobility Technology Project Manager

As Global Mobility Technology Project Manager you’ll have the opportunity to coordinate software implementation projects for new clients, as well as support and maintain existing client systems. You will gather requirements, configure new functionalities, troubleshoot, replicate application issues, and test system upgrades, while coordinating the efforts of project teams. This role combines project management, business analysis, and client relationship management.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to:

Independently coordinate and deliver multiple implementation projects on time, utilizing both internal and external resourcesAssist with the Client Support model when neededPrepare comprehensive project documentationBuild and manage strong relationships with clients and all project stakeholdersAnalyze companies' international mobility policies and expatriate compensation packagesPerform business analysis for the international assignment lifecycle and apply best market practicesCreate project deliverables such as user manuals and business documentation, including workshop and webinar notesCoordinate and peer review work of project team members as well as carry out individual implementation workSupport Mercer Consultants in delivering information in non-standard formats during the RFP processProvide user training on system configuration and usage

What you need to have:

Minimum 2 years of project management or business analyst experience in a technology environmentMA or BA degree • Working proficiency in English; German is a plus • Passion for continuous learning and software implementationStrong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlinesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and thrive in a hybrid role that includes project management, configuration, implementation, and BPC tasksComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with dynamically defined processes
