As the Global Marketing Manager for TISSEEL you have lots of ideas grounded in research and knowledge of the marketplace. In this role, you'll play a critical role in shaping and executing the global brand strategy for two of the most established hemostatic agents in our Advanced Surgery portfolio. You will be responsible for driving global brand growth, lifecycle management, and strategic alignment across regions, while ensuring strong collaboration with cross-functional and regional partners. What you'll be doing:
Global Brand Strategy:
Developing and executing global marketing strategies for TISSEEL and ARTISS, aligned with business objectives and regional needs.
Lifecycle Management:
Leading initiatives to sustain and grow the brands through indication expansion, competitive differentiation, and innovation.
Market Insights & Analytics:
Leveraging market research, competitive intelligence, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Collaborating with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, R&D, Market Access, and Commercial teams to ensure aligned execution of brand strategies.
Launch Readiness & Commercial Excellence:
Supporting global launch planning for new indications or geographies, and drive best practice sharing across regions.
KOL & Congress Engagement:
Partnering with Medical and Regional teams to develop global KOL engagement plans and presence at key scientific congresses.
Budget Management:
Managing global brand budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and ROI tracking.
What you'll bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
5+ years of experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical/medical device marketing, preferably in a global or regional role.
Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills.
Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of surgical hemostasis or biologics is a plus
This position will be located in Deerfield, Illinois

At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated pay range for this position is $104,000-$143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less within the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.
