Job Description Summary

As the Talent Leader, Manager of People Partnering for one of our largest global client account teams, you will be a key member of the global account Leadership Team, driving the development and execution of our people strategy. Working closely with the Leadership Team, you will use your HR expertise, business acumen, influencing skills and creativity to develop and implement solutions to meet business objectives.

You will partner with a global team HR professionals and work closely with corporate resources to ensure seamless HR support for the account, aligned with business objectives and our team’s vision, mission and culture.

This role supports a global account and involves frequent travel across the Americas region—including Austin, the Bay Area, New Jersey, and Canada—with occasional international travel as needed.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

Creates a comprehensive people plan to drive business strategy, supporting the complexity of the team and the services we provide to our client.In partnership with Global Talent Acquisition, develops a recruiting plan to meet current and future needs in highly competitive global markets.Drives a world-class on-boarding process to promote the team’s vision and mission, and to foster an inclusive team culture.Provides strategic consultation regarding integrating value-added HR initiatives with business objectives.Continuously improves programs that result in increased organizational effectiveness and engagement. Introduces game-changing, creative ideas to take the account to the next level.Analyzes situations and issues, recognizes strategic implications, and applies both specialized expertise and a broader HR knowledge to define priorities.Works closely with the Global Account Director and Global Operations Director to develop and implement change management and communication strategies to facilitate employee engagement and ensure transparency of information to employees.Partners with HR Services team and Centers of Expertise (i.e. learning and development, compensation, benefits) resources to deliver a seamless employee and manager experience.Ensures compliance with all local legislation relating to compensation, benefits, employment practices, and similar aspects of human resource managementActs as a change agent and promotes innovation and continuous improvement.Matrix oversight for global Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development teams.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or other related fields preferred8-10 years relevant HR experienceStrong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse communityExcellent cross-functional and global collaborationAbility to manage stakeholders and advocate change through influence rather than authoritySkill in examining organizational structures, operations and procedures and developing and implementing new strategies and proceduresAbility to make decisions and operate independently with respect to complex issues and business requirements with a high degree of exposureAbility to thrive in a changing environment and manage with ambiguityCompetence in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong results/goal orientationSkill in organizing resources and establishing prioritiesExcellent communication skills including the ability to write clearly and succinctly in a variety of communication settings and stylesAbility to develop, plan, and implement short- and long-term goals in partnership with business leadersAbility to make strategic and tactical decisions and judgments on sensitive, confidential issuesAbility to develop and mentor people, inspire teams, and affect greatness in others.Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeKnowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulationsKnowledge of human resources processes, procedures, and practicesExperience with enterprise HR tools and databases e.g. Workday.

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.


The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.


The compensation for the position is: $110,500.00 - $130,000.00
