J.P. Morgan Payments Liquidity Solutions and Account Services provides advanced solutions for clients to manage their global operating liquidity. Our product set operates globally in real-time to support our most complex clients as they manage their liquidity across legal entities, geographies, currencies and time-zones. Our product suite includes deposit, money market funds, cash concentration, notional pooling, virtual accounting, JPM Coin and ONYX products, e-wallet and embedded banking.
As a Senior Team Member within Global Liquidity and Account Services (GLASS) Operations, you will perform product set up, data maintenance, breaks investigation, inquiries management and reporting and transaction monitoring of cash concentration and investment products.
Job responsibilities
Perform set-up, onboarding and maintenance of products into various systems and applicationsMonitor completeness of transactions across various systems and applicationsGenerate, analyze and curate various reporting activities to both internal and external stakeholdersConduct research and investigation to help resolve accounting breaks and answer inquiries from internal and external stakeholdersPerform initiation of payments instructions for various business purposesMonitor multiple workflow queues to ensure requests are actioned upon timely Initiate and lead proactive engagement with various stakeholders to resolve various problems and issuesLead and support product and system testing across various systems and applicationsEscalate and highlight issues to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders in a timely and effective manner. Manage and facilitate meetings with stakeholders and partnersCollaborate and partner with stakeholders to identify RCA and recommend solutions to issues and client requirementsProvide support to management for administrative and adhoc deliverables

Bachelor degree required, degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or any Business-related courses is preferred but not required
