What's the Job?
Act as the primary liaison for licensors and licensing agents, managing relationships and identifying new licensing opportunities aligned with brand strategy. Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing, brand marketing, legal, and finance to ensure licensing strategies are integrated with product development plans. Negotiate licensing agreements, renewals, and amendments to secure favorable terms and protect brand integrity. Conduct regular audits and analyze sales and royalty data to identify discrepancies and ensure compliance with licensing agreements. Maintain comprehensive records of all licensing agreements and coordinate with legal on IP enforcement and infringement matters.What's Needed?
Minimum of 6 years of experience in consumer products and brand licensing, with experience in the toy industry considered a strong asset. Ability to analyze data, draw actionable insights, and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat. Solid understanding of product development processes and prior experience in product development is highly desirable.What's in it for me?
