Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the origination and execution of M&A transactions.Client coverage of priority accounts from an M&A perspective, in partnership with client executive bankers.Target deal origination, analysis, and strategy.Day-to-day leadership of M&A transaction execution projects.Management of transaction deal teams.Partnership with equity, debt, and markets groups covering the region.Management of marketing materials.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum 6 years of prior experience in an M&A or relevant investment banking role.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.Prior team leadership experience.Impeccable communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients, and key stakeholders in other lines of business.Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently.
