As an associate or analyst within the team, you will be responsible for assisting the origination and execution of debt related transactions for Japanese corporates / financial institutions / sovereign supranational and agency (SSA).

 

Job Responsibilities

Assist with the origination and execution of debt capital markets transactionsSupport client pitching and negotiation through the preparation of clear and succinct marketing materials, including market updates, pitch materials, pricing information and case studiesArrange Investor Relation activity for clientsHelp put together trade ideas and recommendations for clients including analysis of debt market funding options and execution considerations across alternative markets Interact and build relationships with clients at junior levelsLiaise with other internal and external parties on transactions (e.g. sector investment bankers, global debt syndicates, lawyers, compliance, accountants, other banks etc.)Grow understanding of how the firm’s full range of products and services can add value in different situations
