Global Insights Content Associate

J.P. Morgan Asset Management is a leading asset manager for institutions, individuals, and financial intermediaries worldwide. Our investment professionals are located around the world, providing strategies that span the full spectrum of asset classes, including equity, fixed income, cash liquidity, currency, real estate, infrastructure, hedge funds, private equity, and multi-asset solutions.

As a Global Insights Content Associate on the Global Insights team, you will manage the production of the firm's intellectual capital in three key areas: the markets and economy, portfolio, and retirement. Respectively, the branded programs—Market Insights, Portfolio Insights, and Retirement Insights—position J.P. Morgan as the preeminent provider of insights to institutions and financial advisors and their clients. You will help our sales teams build client relationships, which are conveyed to clients through digital distribution methods, including HTML, video/audio podcasts, social media, and in-person meetings.

Job responsibilities:

Drive effective, digitally optimized, and relevant content in collaboration with investment experts across asset classes and business segments, investment writers, digital, and distribution marketing managers. Manage projects and campaigns and distribution of global content in partnership with key legal, compliance, design, and digital teams, including quantitative measurement. Facilitate and lead regular meetings, including agendas, slide preparation, notes, and actions. Coordinate the global editorial calendar, including project tracking and related metrics.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Good understanding of investment concepts, asset management industry, and products. Highly motivated professional with a passion for financial marketing/communications, markets/economy, and asset management strategies/products. Strong interpersonal and influencing skills and ability to interact with colleagues at all levels in a peer-like way and achieve goals without direct control over resources. Goal-oriented self-starter with the ability to set priorities and execute multiple projects across multiple stakeholders simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment. Strong quantitative and technical skills. Strength in writing and communication with the ability to apply analytical and creative thinking to editorial concepts. Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel. 2+ years of work experience.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience in financial services and/or asset management. Previous experience with web, mobile, and video, with a proven ability to operate standard analytics programs such as Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. Bachelor’s degree or higher in economics, journalism, or equivalent.
