Leads the global franchise and/or brand strategy to drive growth across markets. Leads all aspects of the Winning Way of Marketing to deliver insightful, growth led plans and go-to-market execution with cross-function and agency collaboration.
You will be working in the Global Alliance Immunology Franchise team where we take pride in our commitment to excellence and value our team culture. This leader will report directly to the Global Brand Lead, DUPIXENT Rhinology & Gastroenterology.
As Global Indication Lead for Gastroenterology, you will lead the global vision, driving breakthrough solutions to revolutionize the lives of patients living with Eosinophilic Esophagitis and accelerate Dupixent's position as a groundbreaking treatment in this critical therapeutic area.

**Main Responsibilities:**
+ Serve as the EoE brand team lead responsible for the successful development and execution of the global Dupixent EoE marketing strategy, with particular focus on pediatric and adult indications, working collaboratively with alliance partner (Regeneron)
+ Drive strategic initiatives focused on key priorities such as growing biological penetration, enhancing patient activation, and improving overall EoE disease management
+ Lead cross-functional collaboration supporting implementation of Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Public Affairs, initiatives.
+ Manage comprehensive stakeholder engagement including gastroenterologists, endoscopists, payers, and patient advocacy groups through targeted customer engagement journeys
+ Direct annual budget allocation and monthly tracking, ensuring strategic resource deployment across key initiatives
+ Monitor competitive landscape and develop strategies to address new market entrants and access threats
+ Collaborate with R&D to explore opportunities for expanding gastroenterology pipeline of potential new indications

**Travel:**
+ If candidate is based in Cambridge: 25%
+ If candidate is based in Morristown: 35% (additional travel will be to Cambridge site)
**About You**
**Experience** :
+ Experience in Gastroenterology/EoE or related Immunology indications highly preferred
+ Marketing Experience
+ Experience in Gastroenterology/EoE or related Immunology indications highly preferred
+ Proven track record in leading Specialty Marketing strategies and brand teams at global and/or key market country level
+ Product/brand management experience including launch execution, brand planning and omnichannel expertise
+ Strong understanding of market access, payer landscape, and step-through criteria management
+ Robust forecast/budget/resource allocation experience
+ Mastery of cross-functional collaboration with Medical Affairs, Market Access, HEOR/HEVA, Public Affairs, and Patient Marketing
+ External stakeholder engagement: demonstrated success in advancing customer & patient engagement at country level, particularly in gastroenterology and pediatric settings
+ Experience with pediatric indications and understanding of halo effects on adult populations
+ Demonstrated experience in leading and inspiring teams through complex market dynamics

**Education** :
+ BA or BSc
+ MBA or other advanced Science degree is a plus
**Languages** :
+ Fluent in English
+ Proficient in Spanish, French, German a plus

The salary range for this position is:
$228,750.00 - $330,416.66
All compensation will be determined commensurate with demonstrated experience. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
