As a Global Help Desk Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our global community of over 350 insurers by ensuring seamless technology experiences for our employees. This is an exciting opportunity to develop hands-on IT skills, contribute to impactful projects, and learn from a team that values collegiality, integrity, and rationality. We are seeking a proactive, quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is passionate about solving new challenges every day.

Job Description

What you’ll do

Assist with Global Help Desk tickets and projects, including documenting and improving processes within the Global Help Desk and IT teams.

Configure Windows and Mac hardware for end-users, ensuring smooth onboarding and technology access for new hires.

Support hardware inventory management, hardware disposal, and inventory updates to maintain operational excellence.

Collaborate with team members to deliver innovative, resilient solutions and value-add services aligned with BizTech’s priorities.

Contribute to process documentation and knowledge sharing to enhance team efficiency and employee experience.

Participate in ad-hoc tasks and projects based on departmental needs and your skillset.

Gain exposure to ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and reporting, deepening your understanding of enterprise IT operations.

What you’ll bring

Required

Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement.

Experience with Windows 10 and/or OS X and MS Office applications.

Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Collaborative work ethic and a team-player mindset.

Strong problem-solving skills and a systematic, agile approach to challenges.

Proactive, quick learner with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Zest to learn and ramp up on new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred

Pursuing final year or completed BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or MIS (or equivalent experience).

Experience with ITIL processes, ticketing systems, or hardware imaging is a plus
