Our main areas covered are: General Ledger Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed and Leased Asset Accounting, Treasury and Accounts Receivable. The department is constantly expanding since our main goal is to perform end-to-end accounting activities in the near future. **_The Opportunity:_** As a **Global Financial Reporting Analyst,** you bring a solid background in Month End Closing (MEC), consolidation, and reporting across functional, divisional, and global levels. Your expertise includes data reconciliation and validation, variance analytics, master data management, accruals management, and producing comprehensive management reports. + **Serving as** a Data Steward for multiple tools by implementing policies and procedures to ensure data integrity, quality, and end-to-end operational data accessibility. + **Ensuring** the timely and accurate preparation of all activities required for divisional and Group month-end closing. + **Providing** reconciliations between functional, divisional, and Group reporting systems across Sales, Capex, and monthly operating expenses. + **Requesting and posting** manual journal adjustments to maintain data consistency and accuracy across divisional reporting systems. + **Performing** data validation checks supported by detailed variance analysis. + **Ensuring** the timely and highly accurate preparation, distribution, maintenance, and development of management reports and management information dashboards. + **Working closely** with cross-functional colleagues and RSS Network partners to drive standardization, harmonization, and continuous improvement, while actively supporting the Business Service Lead as a connector between the eCOE/FEP Network and RSS. **_Who you are:_** + You have a University degree in finance or a related field + Possessing **3-5 years of experience** in global/divisional closing, consolidation, and reporting area with a deep understanding of cost analysis and cost controlling tasks + Proficient in E2E process implementation/governance for efficiency and continuous improvement + Skilled in organizing diverse data into actionable insights + Demonstrating familiarity with SAP ERP Systems and financial reporting tools + Capable of independent work, collaboration across organizations, and possessing strong prioritization and interpersonal skills + **Fluent in English** with good communication skills **_In exchange we provide you with:_** + **_Development opportunities:_** _Roche is rich in learning resources.
