Global Equipment Procurement Manager

We are looking for talented individuals to join us in the role of Global Equipment Procurement Manager - Low Cost Market Sourcing Program Lead on the Global Procurement Team, based in Santa Fe, Estado de México.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

In this role, you will lead the LCMS procurement strategy and team, ensuring cost-effective sourcing and supplier partnerships that align with global objectives. Your responsibilities will include:

Driving go-to-market activities such as RFP, RFQ, and RFI processes.

Identifying and evaluating suitable suppliers, including conducting in-person visits.

Collaborating with the global category team to define LCMS strategies.

Managing and developing the LCMS team in Mexico, fostering growth and performance.

Coaching and mentoring team members to build capabilities and expertise.

Leading negotiations with selected suppliers to secure optimal terms and conditions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Purchasing, Engineering, Chemistry, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 7 years of experience in supply chain, with at least 5 years in sourcing.

Advanced English proficiency.

Strong leadership and team management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in low-cost country material sourcing.

Background in sourcing materials for appliances, automotive, or other equipment industries.

Strong influencing and collaboration skills.

Aptitude for decision-making and working with numbers.

Proven experience leading teams and developing talent.

Position Details

Location: Santa Fe, Estado de México

Working Hours: Full-time

Travel Requirements: Up to 25% (Mexico and USA)

Residence: Candidate should live near Santa Fe
