The Global Development Lead will be responsible for defining and executing on the development strategy of two assets at different development stages. Reporting to the Vice President, Obesity Development Area Head, the successful candidate should have demonstrated proficiency in leading and/or supporting development programs, cross-functional collaboration, and represent program(s) externally.

Work Location: Hybrid - must be onsite an average of 2.5 days per week
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $254,100.00 to $403,400.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 25.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
