The Client Transition Team is responsible for driving and coordinating all aspects of complex treasury and banking services to ensure a best-in-class implementation experience is provided to clients in the Global Corporate Bank. Client Transition is a specialized implementation team that is provided to clients as an extra implementation resource and thought of as an extension of the client’s staff. 

As a Client Transition Manager Vice President within the Global Client Banking team, you will lead the charge in delivering exceptional onboarding experiences for new and existing clients transitioning to the Chase banking platform. You will leverage your expertise in risk management, strategic planning, and stakeholder management to navigate complex issues and make impactful decisions. Your role is pivotal in shaping our operations and financial management, fostering an inclusive environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

 

Job Responsibilities 

Lead the implementation process of treasury products for clients transitioning to the Chase banking platformUtilize risk management skills to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategiesDefine the direction of the onboarding process through strategic planningAnalyze complex issues and make informed decisions that align with operational goalsBuild productive relationships with clients, cross-functional teams, and stakeholdersDevelop and execute strategic plans for the onboarding programManage conflicts and facilitate discussions to create optimal solutionsEstablish and maintain productive relationships with stakeholders and clientsRepresent the firm to client contacts, ensuring a successful end-to-end client experienceOffer automated solutions to clients for managing payables, receivables, and fraud preventionDocument and track the transition of bank accounts and treasury services

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Minimum 7 years of experience in implementing treasury products or similar financial servicesProven track record in risk management and implementing mitigation strategiesDemonstrated ability in strategic planning and resource allocationAdvanced proficiency in data and tech literacy, including interpreting modelsAdvanced skills in stakeholder management and relationship buildingComprehensive knowledge of Treasury ServicesExperience in coaching or mentoring employeesExcellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skillsStrong presentation and negotiating skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to manage conflict

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

Prior project management or senior project management experienceExperience with implementing and training clients on treasury management servicesExperience working with cash management services for global organizationsStrong background working with industry-standard file formats (NACHA, ISO XML, LOCKBOX, & BAI2)Ability to manage change initiatives and ensure smooth transitionsProficiency in cybersecurity measures to protect client dataAnti-fraud awareness to safeguard the onboarding process
