Join Roche, where every voice matters. **The Position** As **Global Business Process Specialist for Travel & Expense** , you will be part of the Roche Services & Solutions (RSS) Business Process Management (BPM) organization. Reporting to the Network Manager, this position actively pursues the implementation of the End-to-End (E2E) BPM strategy. You will be responsible for global, cross divisional state-of-the-art process design for your business process area within the E2E process. You work closely with E2E Global Business Process Managers (GBPMs) & Global Business Process Specialist (GBPS) network to ensure fit-for-purpose solutions. As an empowered decision maker for your area and in line with the E2E Business Process Management guardrails from the GBPM, you are responsible for development of business processes, systems configuration and shared services for corporate Travel & Expense (T&E) management. In collaboration with stakeholders from Finance, Procurement and IT - both cross-functional and cross-divisional. **Please note that this is a fixed-term position until the end of 2026.** **_The Opportunity:_** + Actively implement the E2E BPM strategy in alignment with guardrails from the E2E GBPO and GBPMs. + Deliver process, technology, and analytics solutions for the dedicated area, supported by the GBPM. + Ensure globally accepted implementation and business alignment across divisions for the dedicated process area. + Design, redesign, and develop state-of-the-art processes globally and cross-divisionally within the designated process area. + Collaborate with the E2E GBPMs, GBPS network, and stakeholders to align business processes with the E2E strategy. + Pursue standardized, lean cross-divisional processes and solutions while achieving maximum harmonization, with GBPM support. + Execute process compliance monitoring, document requirements, ensure guidelines, and drive process automation and improvements. **_Who you are:_** + Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Informatics, Engineering or a comparable education + 3 - 5 years professional experience (preferably in Business Process Management, Finance, Information Management, IT, Procurement) + Strong E2E Travel & Expense business process area understanding and deep process knowledge as well as technical expertise for his/her dedicated area + Strong technical competencies in SAP FI/CO, SAP Concur and travel & event management systems + Proven methodological skills e.g. BPM, Six Sigma (DMAIC), agile ways of working (Scrum), continuous improvement (Lean, PDCA, Kaizen) + Agile mindset (speed, stability, flexibility) - works according to and brings in the agile mindset concept in daily operations + Business fluency in English **_In exchange we provide you with:_** + **Development opportunities:** Roche is rich in learning resources.
