What the day will look like A Senior Consultant in Aon’s Regional Global Benefits practice, you will act as a key regional advisor to multinational clients, helping them design, manage, and optimize their employee benefits strategies across multiple countries. Your day will typically involve:• Serving as the main regional point of contact for a defined portfolio of global and regional clients, building strong, long term relationships with HR, Rewards, and Benefits leaders.• Leading and coordinating global and regional benefits projects, ensuring alignment between local implementations and global strategies.• Collecting, consolidating, and analyzing market data and client information to generate insights and recommendations.• Working closely with Aon colleagues across multiple countries and solution lines to ensure integrated, high quality delivery.• Actively identifying cross sell and up sell opportunities within your client portfolio, positioning Aon solutions that address emerging client needs and supporting proposal development and pricing discussions.• Participating in commercial meetings with clients and prospects, contributing to account plans and growth strategies for your portfolio.• Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring operational excellence and adherence to agreed client service standards.• Acting as an escalation point to address complex issues, anticipate risks, and propose solutions that balance client needs, market practices, and compliance requirements.
