As a Senior Associate Business Manager within the Global Banking team, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with Product and Technology teams. Your primary role will be to support business managers by promoting financial and organizational efficiency and transparency, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. This role provides a platform to collaborate with various stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Business Management, and contribute to the overall financial strategies and best practices of the organization.

Job responsibilities:

Assist in business management processes and reporting, including tracking capacity, budgets, forecasts, and headcount metrics across various programs, projects, and productsPrepare and contribute to executive presentations and reports, ensuring clear communication of insights and recommendationsCommunicate with stakeholders across Finance, Technology, and Business Management to ensure alignment on financial strategies and best practices.Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in financial reportingCreate financial models and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboardsParticipate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processesMaintain key performance metrics, such as workforce analytics, vendor spend, and infrastructure cost trackingSupport Business Managers during month-end financial close activities, ensuring coordination and accuracy of reportingContribute to the annual budgeting process by gathering data and supporting prioritization efforts for technology investmentsPerform ad-hoc and organizational data analysis to enhance efficiency, transparency, and support leadership and stakeholders in decision-makingCollaborate with Finance and Business Management teams to analyze financial drivers and variances

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field3+ years of experience in business management and/or financeAdvanced Excel skills for synthesizing large data sets and ability to present conclusions concisely in PowerPointExceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiencesDeep knowledge and understanding of financial principles, with proven analytical, modeling, and performance reporting skillsAbility to quickly adapt to new technologies and tools in a fast-paced environmentStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and creative solutionsStrong business acumen and strategic mindset to unpack complex problems, build solutions, and manage executionDemonstrated intellectual curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solvingDemonstrated ability in dealing with different stakeholder groups and driving the agendaAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
