Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Global Account Manager to join the Electrical Wiring Systems (EWS) Team. Directs enterprise relationships and growth with top global channel partners such as Wesco and Graybar, and their key strategic customers including Rosendin, Cupertino Electric, ArchKey Solutions, Faith Technologies, IES, and Kiewit. Leads multi-brand programs, executive governance (QBRs), and pursuit strategy to drive double-digit growth, improve multi-brand attachment, and accelerate spec-to-award cycles across these priority accounts. Requires 10+ years of complex B2B account leadership, strong commercial program design, and proven experience orchestrating cross-functional teams in support of large national/global customers.

 

Location: North America (major airport hub preferred)

 

Travel: ~40–50% (domestic/international)

 

What Will You Do?

Role Purpose

Own and grow enterprise relationships with designated global partners and their strategic customers, serving as the single “easy button” into Legrand. Orchestrate multi-division pursuits (EWS, DPC, LBS, AVD), safeguard specifications, simplify pricing/program engagement, and run an executive operating cadence that sustains double-digit growth and expands multi-brand attachment.

Key Outcomes (12–18 Months)Growth: Sustain double-digit growth across named accounts; deliver $25–$40M influenced pipeline and $8–$12M incremental bookings through orchestrated, cross-division deals.Share Expansion: Increase multi-brand attachment rate (+5–8 pts) across targeted pursuits.Velocity & Experience: Reduce spec-to-award cycle time by 10–15%; achieve measurable improvement in partner relationship scores with >90% QBR action closure.Primary ResponsibilitiesAccount Leadership & OrchestrationServe as the single point of contact for executive/operational Global Account stakeholders at Wesco and Graybar, and for strategic end-customers (Rosendin, Cupertino Electric, ArchKey, Faith Technologies, IES, Kiewit).Establish and lead governance: quarterly business reviews (QBRs), executive readouts, and joint multi-year growth plans.Coordinate field sales, Market Development (MDG), product, marketing, pricing, finance, operations, and customer experience to deliver unified solutions.Commercial Programs & Deal StrategyDesign and manage enterprise agreements, rebates/special pricing, and national programs that improve speed, margin mix, and attachment; maintain pricing guardrails in partnership with Finance/Pricing.Lead pursuit strategy on complex, multi-site opportunities from specification to award, including spec integrity, rapid quoting, and operational readiness (supply/OTIF).Channel & OEM IntegrationSimplify engagement for partner national/global teams; ensure seamless handoffs to regions/rep agencies and OEM where centralized purchasing or global footprints apply.Create co-selling motions, playbooks, and program awareness to scale wins across regions.Operating Rhythm & ForecastingOwn a rolling 4-quarter bookings and pipeline forecast; run weekly deal reviews and a monthly executive review.Deliver an annual business plan, account plans, and an expense plan; manage cost center to budget.Internal Advocacy & EnablementConvert customer roadmaps and pain points into portfolio needs; influence product roadmaps and launch sequencing.Partner with Sales Academy to codify repeatable account playbooks, case studies, and win stories for field scale-out.Success Metrics (KPIs)First 90 DaysComplete account maps for all named partners/customers; define executive sponsor matrix.Schedule first 3 QBRs; stand up deal-desk cadence.Capture baseline metrics in CRM (pipeline, cycle time, attach rate).By 6 MonthsActive multi-brand proposals at top 5 pursuits; cycle-time down 10–15% vs. baseline.Spec protection plans active for top contractors; attach rate +3–5 pts.By 12 MonthsBookings vs. plan >=100%; meaningful win-rate uplift on named pursuits; attach rate +5–8 pts.Relationship/NPS improved and documented through QBRs (>90% action completion).
