Global Account Manager Business Development
Job Description The Global Account Manager Business Development role is focused on driving business growth, strengthening client partnerships, and supporting business development efforts across the portfolio. Reporting directly to the AVP of Global Accounts, this role is responsible for working with new and existing partnerships, executing our financial goals. We are looking for someone with a background in business development, sales enablement, and client growth. We need someone with a growth mindset, and the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives. How you will create an impact Business Development & Growth + Proactively identify opportunities to grow existing client program + Responsible for developing and internally presenting roadmaps and strategies to increase growth while ensuring our partners have the support, they need to be successful. + Build internal business cases for new initiatives, new partnerships, and underwriting renewals. + Become an expert on insurance and service contract programs; from compliance to underwriting, it is critical to help advise on pipeline, current partner expansions, etc. + Be a student of the industry; track trends, micro and macro impacts, distribution evolution for our products, and present these findings to leadership + Work closely with the business development team to understand our new business strategy, our efficient onboarding process, and successfully launch new partners so they are ready to sell on day 1. + Lead the coordination and execution of RFPs, RFIs, and QBRs by organizing and tracking deliverables, which includes; keeping our information current, coordinating with cross-functional teams, to ensure on-time, high-quality submissions. Client Relationship & Delivery Support + Serve as a trusted day-to-day contact for client partners, driving responsiveness, quality, and satisfaction. + Lead business reviews, contract renewals, and ongoing performance reporting. + Ensure alignment between client expectations and internal delivery teams. What you'll need to succeed + 2+ years of experience in Sales or account management, with demonstrated growth results + Bachelors in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or similar Major.
