**Job Title: Glazier Helper** Job Description We are seeking an entry-level Glazier Helper to join our team and work on various job sites in Northern California. The role involves installing windows on large commercial construction sites and mixed-use buildings. We provide training for entry-level employees. Immediate projects are located in the Sacramento area, with opportunities to work in the North and South Bay. Responsibilities + Assist in installing windows on commercial construction sites. + Work efficiently under supervision on large projects like multi-family buildings and hospitals. + Use hand and power tools effectively. + Measure and cut materials accurately using a tape measure. + Ensure attention to detail in all tasks to maintain high-quality standards. Essential Skills + Experience in commercial construction or as a general laborer. + Proficiency with using a tape measure. + Ability to handle hand and power tools. + Attention to detail is crucial. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience with window installation is a plus. + Knowledge of glazier or skilled trades is advantageous. + Carpentry skills are beneficial. Work Environment Work schedule is Monday through Friday, starting at 6 AM or 7 AM, with 8-hour days, occasionally extending to 10 hours. The role involves working on large commercial jobs such as multi-family buildings and hospitals. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WEST SACRAMENTO, California. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
