Job Responsibilities
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, or related disciplines. Minimum 8 years of experience in a bank, regulatory agency, or law firm, with specific AML-related experience. Exceptional research and analytical skills to analyze large data sets and identify high-risk attributes. Experience with data analytics tools such as Qlik Sense, Tableau, Alteryx, and/or Python. Superb written and oral communication skills to present findings clearly to all management levels. Strong problem-solving ability and capable of working under minimum supervision. Adept at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines in high-pressure environments.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
Experience in developing monitoring strategies for Investment Bank, Private Bank, and Treasury Services products. Ability to draft and present documentation for senior management discussions, exams, and audits. Experience in supporting firm-wide governance programs and coordinating change management activities. Familiarity with China AML law and regulatory environment.
