**16396BR** **Title:** Gero-Psych Patient Safety Specialist **Department/Cost Center:** 610 - West 7 **Job Description:** Highland Hospital a 261 bed community teaching hospital and affiliate of the University Of Rochester Medical Center is recruiting for Gero-Psych Patient Safety Specialists to join our team. Qualified candidates must be able to work either full or part time, 20-40 hours per week, with day, evening, night rotation including every other weekend plus 50% of the holidays. Under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, the Gero-Psych Patient Safety Specialist is responsible for delivering quality patient care through maintaining a therapeutic milieu and implementing diversionary activities designed to meet the patient’s biopsychosocial needs. **PAY RANGE: $18.89 - $23.98** _*The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job.
