This work covers all types of commercial real estate, including offices, shopping centres, distribution warehouses, student accommodation, build-to-rent residential, and more. Through our Commercial Property Graduate Scheme, you will assist in delivering a broad range of projects for our clients, with no limits on what you can get involved in. We are committed to providing you with the breadth of experience needed to develop yourself for a successful future in the Corporate Real Estate Industry. During the two-year programme, you will typically complete three rotations across Valuations, Leasing and Capital Markets.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Support in the analysis and management of real estate portfolios for corporate clientsAssist in preparation of lease negotiations and transaction managementContribute to the preparation of property reports, valuations, and market researchEngage with internal and external stakeholders, including brokers, landlords, and legal teamsParticipate in strategic space planning and workplace transformation initiativesHelp coordinate sustainability, compliance, and health & safety initiatives across sitesAttend client meetings and support project delivery from concept through executionUndertake training modules and mentorship activities as part of the graduate programKnowledge & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Real Estate, Business, Finance, Economics, desirable but not essential)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities with high level of customer-orientationEagerness to learn and build a career in corporate real estateProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with real estate platforms is a plusAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentWhat we offer:
