Product Launch Responsibilities:

Key responsibilities involved in the product or solution launch process:

Market Research: With a cross-functional team comprised of Solenis employees and customers, and through a structured Blueprinting process, understand the needs, priorities, desires, and key unresolved pain points of a given market, sector, country, or business unit.Define market potential, situational analysis, SWOT analysis, winner strategy, organizational and strategic needs, and define an action plan to ensure excellence in execution.Product Positioning: Define how the product will add value to all stakeholders, what the differentiators will be, defining the value curve, product pricing, and a winning value proposition that highlights the product's benefits and resonates with customers.Launch Strategy: Develop a comprehensive launch strategy that includes:Industrial evaluation plan,Sales team training,Promotional materials,Target customer/location selection (beta trial) that offers the best conditions for an industrial evaluation,Monetizing the new product's full potential,Defining marketing, sales, and distribution channels.This strategy should be tailored to reach and resonate with the target audience.

Team Collaboration: It is essential to form a cross-functional collaboration team involving: Supply Chain, Planning, Regulatory, Quality, Purchasing, Marketing, Product Management, R&D, Sales, and post-sales technical support. These teams must work together to ensure a smooth launch and successful execution.

Performance Tracking: Monitoring and tracking key metrics to assess the value delivered and market reaction to the product launch is crucial. This helps measure the success of the launch and make necessary adjustments.
