Gerente de Faciltiies Job ID 253487 Posted 29-Dec-2025 Service line GWS Segment Role type Full-time Areas of Interest Engineering/Maintenance Location(s) Sao Paulo - Sao Paulo - Brazil **Facilities Manager** São Paulo - SP Activities: The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety; This role includes managing building systems, coordinating with vendors and service providers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supporting workplace needs such as space planning and employee services; The Facilities Manager will also be accountable for budget management, cost optimization, and implementing strategies to improve sustainability and operational efficiency, ensuring that the workplace remains safe, functional, and aligned with business objectives. Job requirements: Bachelor’s degree in administration, industrial engineering, architect or similar desirable; Fully bilingual (Portuguese and English), Spanish will be a bonus; In addition, the Facilities Manager will provide remote support to the Rio de Janeiro office and will occasionally be required to travel there to address on-site needs; This position requires daily presence in the office. The hours are 8am-5pm. The role is expected to respond to occasional job demands (alarms/emergencies) afterhours; Why CBRE?
