We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Warrensburg, MO. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in one of our key departments: Shipping, Receiving, or Order Selection.
New Schedule and Shifts Starting May 4th 2025:
2nd Shift: Monday-Friday 3 PM-11:30 PM $18 base pay W/$1 shift differential = $19.00 an hr.
3rd Shift: Sunday-Thursday 11 PM-7:30 AM $18 base pay W/$1.50 shift differential = $19.50 an hr.
4th Shift: Saturday & Sunday 6 AM-6:30 PM (2) 12-hour Shifts & (2) 8-hour Shifts during the week. (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday are only available throughout the week. NO Mon & Fri) $18 base pay with $1.50 shift differential = 19.50 an hr.
*Part Time Available for Saturday and Sunday Only*
Receiving Department:
Unload trailers and move product to designated areasMeet production goals.Shipping Department:
Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailersMeet production goals.Order Selection Department:
Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes
Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt
Meet production goals per minute, hour, and day
What You Bring:No certifications required – just a strong work ethic.Safety Mindset – 100% Commitment.Ability to lift 50–60 lbs.
