**Job Title: General Shop Labor** Job Description We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of General Shop Labor to join our team in Blue Ash, OH. This position involves working the 2nd shift from Monday to Friday, from 7am to 3:30pm. This role offers an opportunity to grow within the company and to be trained in various skills. Responsibilities + Use hand tools effectively. + Build and route counters, shelves, and other woodwork for hotels and apartments. + Construct crates. + Operate machines safely and efficiently. Essential Skills + Ability to wear steel-toed boots. + Access to a reliable car. + Proficiency in reading a tape measure. + Ability to work effectively as part of a team. + High mechanical aptitude. + Experience with sanders or routers. + Experience using hand tools such as those used by carpenters and installers. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in wood finishing, including spraying stain, paint, and topcoats. + Knowledge of fabricating and seaming solid surface countertops. + Basic understanding of general woodworking tools and methods. + Willingness to be trained in new skills.
