Job Title: Shop Assistant - CNC Laser and Sheet Metal OperationsJob Description

Join our dynamic team where you will be assisting in various areas of the shop, including CNC Laser Operation, sheet metal breakout, assembly, insulation, Brake press operation, and sheet metal grinding. Candidates with previous welding experience will have the opportunity to cross-train in the welding department, focusing on MIG welding on galvanized steel.

ResponsibilitiesOperate CNC Laser machinery for precision cutting.Assist in sheet metal breakout and grinding.Participate in assembly and insulation processes.Operate Brake press machinery.Opportunity to cross-train in MIG welding on galvanized steel.Essential SkillsExperience with general labor and hand tools.Exposure to sheet metal and manufacturing processes.Mechanical inclination and understanding of fabrication.Ability to read and interpret blueprints.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious exposure to welding, either through classes or practical experience.Experience working on a farm with repair welding is valued.Experience in similar shop environments is advantageous.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $21.00/hr.
