**Job Title: Production Worker** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Production Worker where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our production line. Your primary duties will involve loading and unloading parts, inspecting them for defects, and assembling parts according to specifications using hand tools. You will also perform inventory audits and reconcile daily electronic transactions while maintaining the pace of the moving production line. **Responsibilities** + Load and unload parts from the production line. + Inspect parts for defects and mark defective parts for rework. + Assemble parts according to specifications using hand tools. + Perform inventory audits and reconcile daily electronic transactions. + Place all finished parts into shipping racks for customer delivery. **Essential Skills** + Experience in material handling. + Familiarity with using an RF scanner. + Proficiency in operating a sit-down forklift. + Experience in shipping and receiving. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience working on an assembly line is a plus. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. + Willingness to work overtime as needed. **Why Work Here?** We offer a supportive work environment with ample opportunities for growth and professional development. While the facility is not fully climate-controlled, it maintains a moderate temperature. You will have the option to work on the 3rd shift from 11pm to 7am, Sunday through Thursday, or the 1st shift from 7am to 3pm. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, Illinois. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.41 - $18.91/hr.
