**Job Title: General Production Worker (Slitter)** **Job Description** Seeking a general production operator on the first shift at a steel manufacturing company in Vernon. We are looking for someone who can assist the machine operator in their day to day activities, bundles tubes, feed steel into the machine. **Responsibilities** + Operate machinery and perform general production tasks. + Clean and maintain work areas to ensure safety and efficiency. + Cut bands and recoil materials as required. + Operate forklifts on the third shift, maintaining safety and precision. + Adhere to established safety behaviors and protocols. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production and machine operation. + Proficiency in general production tasks. + Ability to clean and perform maintenance duties. + Forklift operation experience preffered + Attention to detail and ability to work independently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Past general production experience is required. + Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and around machines. + Capability to perform safety behaviors and maintain a safe work environment. **Why Work Here?** Join a growing company with opportunities for advancement.
