**Job Title: General Production Worker - Night Shift** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker for a position in Crossfield, Alberta. This role requires standing for long hours, cleaning and moving materials to the next production stage, and completing miscellaneous tasks. The ability to lift 30-40 lbs and maintain a positive attitude is essential. Experience with power tools and accurate use of a measuring tape is crucial. Forklift or overhead crane certification is advantageous, along with a background in manufacturing. Reliable transportation is necessary, as the location is not accessible by public transit. **Responsibilities** + Stand for extended periods while performing production tasks. + Clean and move materials to the next step in the production process. + Use power tools safely and accurately. + Perform repetitive lifting of 30-40 lbs every 10 minutes. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency with hand and power tools. + Experience in using a tape measure accurately. + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. + Ability to perform general labor tasks efficiently. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with computer data entry programs. + Possession of a forklift ticket. + Overhead crane and rigging experience. + background in manufacturing. **Work Environment** The position is based in a shop environment that can be colder and windy due to its location. The facility is dusty, and the role is part of a great team culture. The night shift runs from 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM with a 4/10 schedule or as needed, depending on production demands.
