**General Production Worker in Nashville, TN 37218** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated General Production Worker specializing in laser operations. You will be responsible for setting up and changing over machines, editing and troubleshooting CNC codes, and performing preventative maintenance on CNC machines. **Responsibilities** + Set up and change over machines efficiently. + Edit and troubleshoot CNC codes to ensure smooth operations. + Perform preventative maintenance on CNC machines to prolong their functionality. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in machining and inspection techniques. + Ability to use tape measures and micrometers accurately. + Experience with CNC, lathe, and mill operations. + Strong troubleshooting and repair skills. + Ability to read and interpret blueprints. + Competence in machine operation, including using hand tools and calipers. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience operating overhead cranes. + Familiarity with production and assembly processes. + Comfort with manual operations and using various measuring devices. **Work Environment** This position operates on a non-temporary shift from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM. The work environment includes handling various machining equipment and tools while maintaining safety protocols.
