Due to increased production needs, employees are currently working around 60 hours a week, Monday-Saturday. This could require coming in early or staying late for overtime. Occasional Sundays may be required.
Job Description
Join our team to assist in the mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels, focusing on high-volume production. The ideal candidate will be open to cross-training in different departments to support production needs. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring efficiency and quality in our assembly processes.
ResponsibilitiesPerform mechanical assembly of solar panels and control panels.Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment effectively.Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide assembly processes.Participate actively in assembly line production.Ensure precise wiring and soldering of electronic components.Essential SkillsProficiency in mechanical assembly and production roles with a minimum of 6 months of experience.Experience with hand and power tools.Ability to interpret blueprints and schematics.Dexterity in handling small components.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in a production-based role.Ability to work with electronic devices such as microchips, PCBs, and SD cards.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
