**General Production Worker in Kingston Springs, TN 37082** **Job Description** Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will prepare materials by hand for printing machines or catch finished products at the end of the line, readying them for shipment by hand-stacking. **Responsibilities** + Prepare materials manually for processing through printing machines. + Catch and handle finished products for hand-stacking and shipment preparation. + Transport materials and products efficiently and safely. + Maintain the quality and integrity of products throughout the production process. **Essential Skills** + Experience in production, assembly, or machine operation. + Ability to inspect products and use hand tools, power tools, and tape measures. + Familiarity with reading blueprints and mechanical operations. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Prior manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not mandatory. + Capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. + Aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment, eager to learn new skills. + Dependability, strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude. **Why Work Here?** Work in a climate-controlled, newly renovated facility with a 2-2-3 schedule that gives you every other Friday to Sunday off, ensuring a minimum of 42.5 hours per week.
