Job Description

The role involves electronic assembly of switches used in various sectors such as military, government, agriculture, and healthcare. Candidates will handle small parts, requiring excellent hand-eye dexterity, and work with hand tools to construct various component parts. Attention to detail is crucial as the job involves placing components onto printed circuit boards. Additionally, training on ultrasound lines will be provided, which involves mechanical assembly at a conveyor belt following work orders.

Work Environment

The manufacturing environment features long rows with multiple workstations per row. Employees can expect a laid-back atmosphere, where self-direction is valued. Temperature checks are performed upon arrival and towards the end of shifts for health and safety measures. The current shift openings include 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM, 2nd shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 3rd shift from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM, with significant opportunities for overtime.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Cook, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $17.00/hr.
